At SkyPack, custom moulding follows a clear customer-centered process.
We start with a meeting to understand your requirements and application. We then prepare the packaging design and a 3D prototype to review it with you in a feedback meeting.
Based on your feedback, we revise the design and produce a pilot mould. With the pilot mould, we run pilot production at our facility and send samples for your approval. After approval, we produce the final mould and begin serial production.

Colour Matching
At SkyPack, colour matching ensures your packaging appearance is accurate and repeatable in serial production.
We offer a portfolio of standard colours across our products, and for any specific requirement outside this range we run a dedicated matching process with proven sampling routines.
Colour matches can be provided on colour plaques for quick review and approval. Upon request coloured samples can be produced for the final evaluation before serial production.
